We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. If you need to reschedule, providing 24 hours notice will allow your deposit to be applied toward your future service. Please note that any service changes made at the time of the appointment will still require the original deposit to be honored. We offer a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this time may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy. No-call, no-show appointments will result in being charged 100% of the service fee.
